Overcharged by The Premium Retreat Group for service

On September 16, 1981, I signed up for The Premium Retreat Group's premium plan at their Beierchester, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $155.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Yessenia H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
