Unresolved issue with Superior Works product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8470-JUF-9636 placed with Superior Works on March 22, 2018. I paid $456.64 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Myrl C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
