Account access issues with Global & Brokers Valencia

On July 22, 1974, I signed up for Global & Brokers Valencia's support package at their Lefflerborough, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $360.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Danial L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
