On February 7, 1994, I signed up for Crystal Escape & Resorts Tijuana Ltd.'s troubleshooting service at their South Dorcasbury, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $146.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sigrid W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
