Billing dispute with Quality-Assembly

On February 2, 1987, I signed up for Quality-Assembly's training session at their North Gustville, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $67.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hermann F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
