On April 3, 2003, I signed up for Quality-Assembly's customer support at their New Jaylontown, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $555.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jerald U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
