Securities of Allied provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7079-DFF-2692 placed with Securities of Allied on February 4, 1976. I paid $839.39 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Raven U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
