False promises made by Stay Experiences representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8030-TON-8541 placed with Stay Experiences on July 25, 2006. I paid $228.73 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aletha Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
