Poor customer service experience with Mansion Collection LLC

On May 20, 2005, I signed up for Mansion Collection LLC's training session at their North Vivaburgh, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $712.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Malachi C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
