Modern Contractors Construction refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1033-NPC-2673 placed with Modern Contractors Construction on March 12, 2023. I paid $619.72 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Javier W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
