National & Consultants Albuquerque Corp. failed to honor their commitment

On November 14, 1981, I signed up for National & Consultants Albuquerque Corp.'s upgrade service at their Lake Erin, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $837.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gunnar Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
