I purchased a accessory from Products Alliance Changwon on March 9, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mable S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
