False promises made by Elite Components Manufacturing representative

On June 20, 2007, I signed up for Elite Components Manufacturing's technical assistance at their East Bridgettechester, Texas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $469.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Henry U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
