I have been a loyal customer of Renovations Bros Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-5482-MYM-6188) on April 5, 1971, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
