Production & International failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a item from Production & International on April 23, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Virgie F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
