Unsatisfactory resolution from Prestige Equity International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2306-OWA-4368 placed with Prestige Equity International on July 8, 1981. I paid $703.49 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amiya Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
