I want to report a serious concern with Prestige Equity International's membership that I purchased on April 12, 1997 from your Romagueramouth, Connecticut store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marisa C., but my issue remains unresolved.
