ATM malfunction at Prestige Treasury Consultants resulted in lost funds

On April 29, 1996, I signed up for Prestige Treasury Consultants's training session at their North Colton, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $432.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abagail E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
