False promises made by Prestige Treasury Consultants representative

On February 12, 1981, I signed up for Prestige Treasury Consultants's return process at their West Elouise, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $703.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Natalia L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
