Unsatisfactory resolution from Comfort Retreat

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3046-VZO-1220 placed with Comfort Retreat on December 4, 2009. I paid $226.78 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zachariah N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
