Unsatisfactory resolution from Allied & Associates Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1571-XBR-5132 placed with Allied & Associates Enterprises on March 21, 2021. I paid $356.96 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hank H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
