Allied & Associates Enterprises failed to honor their commitment

On July 19, 1989, I signed up for Allied & Associates Enterprises's premium plan at their Ondrickaside, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $203.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mona A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
