I want to report a serious concern with Accommodations at Luxury's service that I purchased on March 1, 2021 from your New Torrancehaven, Missouri store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Camila T., but my issue remains unresolved.
