Delayed delivery from Homes Development Holdings

On February 6, 1981, I signed up for Homes Development Holdings's maintenance program at their Luigiside, Texas location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $147.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hassan V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
