Warranty claim denied by Credit Associates Ltd.

On July 31, 2011, I signed up for Credit Associates Ltd.'s consultation at their Towneport, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $740.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Melissa I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
