I have been a loyal customer of Silver Escape & Properties for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-5411-ULD-5916) on January 16, 1991, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
