False promises made by First Trust representative

On January 6, 1988, I signed up for First Trust's return process at their Janetland, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $344.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Florencio S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
