Unsatisfactory resolution from Bank Services

On January 26, 1989, I signed up for Bank Services's return process at their New Moises, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $591.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alysa N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
