Misleading advertising by Tranquil Palace Hospitality

On May 24, 2025, I signed up for Tranquil Palace Hospitality's training session at their South Mellie, Florida location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $43.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dominique Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
