Misleading advertising by Tranquil Palace Hospitality

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2427-YWE-9128 placed with Tranquil Palace Hospitality on June 1, 1988. I paid $602.7 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fern C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
