Misleading advertising by Cozy Retreat International

On July 1, 2002, I signed up for Cozy Retreat International's premium plan at their West Nicolefurt, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $753.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margarett K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
