I purchased a gadget from Cozy Retreat International on February 7, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maurine R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
