I want to report a serious concern with Cozy Retreat International's membership that I purchased on March 7, 1986 from your Lake April, Idaho store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Garrett P., but my issue remains unresolved.
