I purchased a platform from Sovereign Securities Brokers on August 11, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Reed Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
