On April 11, 2012, I signed up for Grand Stay & Collection's exchange program at their North Mavis, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $483.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Crystal L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
