Frustrated with Integrity & Alliance's lack of response

On December 8, 2024, I signed up for Integrity & Alliance's upgrade service at their Runolfssonmouth, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $977.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Korey I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
