Unsatisfactory resolution from The Paradise Lodge

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8301-GQQ-3355 placed with The Paradise Lodge on February 18, 2005. I paid $716.55 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elsie X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
