The Paradise Lodge provided defective product

On April 17, 2002, I signed up for The Paradise Lodge's delivery service at their Johnsonchester, Florida location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $177.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Laurine T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
