Refund refused by Global Invest Planners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7020-YJM-7326 placed with Global Invest Planners on August 9, 1991. I paid $833.55 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Haylee U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
