I have been a loyal customer of Forge Industries for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-4885-ACK-8937) on January 16, 2005, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
