Quality issues with Lodge Getaways Ltd. product

On October 25, 1996, I signed up for Lodge Getaways Ltd.'s troubleshooting service at their Lake Harley, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $514.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lorenz U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
