I purchased a software from Master Builders & Sons on December 22, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nelle C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
