I have been a loyal customer of Products & Manufacturing Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-6162-RZQ-3183) on August 25, 2010, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
