Refund refused by Products & Manufacturing Ltd.

On August 29, 2004, I signed up for Products & Manufacturing Ltd.'s warranty service at their Janieland, Florida location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $503.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ashleigh G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
