Expert-Production refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5234-QPB-3067 placed with Expert-Production on October 1, 1997. I paid $371.6 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elody H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
