Quality issues with Expert-Production product

On October 19, 1987, I signed up for Expert-Production's support package at their New Greggport, Texas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $954.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Geraldine A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
