False promises made by Superior Craft Alliance Group representative

On December 14, 1995, I signed up for Superior Craft Alliance Group's premium plan at their New Norvalbury, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $32.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brendan K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
