Builders International Group refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4285-ABO-9001 placed with Builders International Group on September 16, 1970. I paid $863.33 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dasia N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
