On May 20, 2008, I signed up for Serene Residence Luxury Corp.'s delivery service at their Johnsonfort, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $403.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shanel D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
