Warranty claim denied by Quality Engineering Corp.

I purchased a gadget from Quality Engineering Corp. on April 21, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elyse A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
